This project aims to explore and build a PLM system for product R&D management within the entire Fuchuang Youyue digital factory project, suitable for Fuchuang Youyue's current status and development. It aims to integrate project management, process management, data management, and other related business areas involved in the product development process into a unified management platform; to achieve centralized and standardized management of design and process data; to realize collaborative product design and secure sharing; and to lay a solid data foundation for further promoting Fuchuang Youyue's digital construction.
• Establish drawing and document management standards and a drawing and document database to achieve data query, browsing, sharing, approval, design changes, version control, project management, component classification management, and intelligent logistics coding BOM management within the scope of access control.
Integrating ERP, OA, Candens, PRO/E, and other software tools into a single system effectively controls every stage from product design to manufacturing. This ensures that project management, design, manufacturing, procurement, and after-sales departments receive accurate and consistent product data.
Achieving the overall project goals of unified component coding, standardized R&D data, and improved approval processes between Shenzhen Fuchuang and Panasonic Malaysia Fuchuang, helping Fuchuang improve its powerful data processing capabilities for R&D to production, establishing shared data between Shenzhen Fuchuang and Panasonic Malaysia, increasing data reuse, and improving product development efficiency.
